An iconic design by the Italian jewelry designer FOPE, this very finely woven necklace features a flexible interlinking body of high-polish yellow gold links over perpendicular bands of white gold. It is slinky with a wonderful movement to the body, allowing it to wear very comfortably and almost forget the truly substantial weight of 101 grams. The necklace locks securely with a sprung-tongue box clasp further secured with a fold-over clasp. The box clasp is released with a FOPE branded button and the necklace is further marked inside the clasp with the Italian assay markings, the maker's mark and the gold hallmark of 750 for 18 karat gold. It is an understated piece that is truly classic - a necklace that can be easily worn as an everyday piece, but dresses up brilliantly for an evening out.
